On August 9, 2024, the company provided training for the customer service staff internally. During this training, the customer service staff reaped a great deal. Through the explanations of professional lecturers and rich case analyses, they not only gained a deeper understanding of customer service work but also mastered many practical communication skills and problem-solving methods.
